It's been a while since I've gone through the detox. I must say that I felt really energetic near the end of it.
Once I was through the week, I gradually added food types back into my diet. I began with eggs, wheat, then milk, then cheese. One item a day was re-introduced into my diet.
I did cheat on day two and had chicken as well. I was fine. :) On day 5, I had sushi. This was a good test for fish and seafood. I know they recommended I do them on seperate days, but I've never really had an issue with seafood that I knew of. Again, I was fine.
Last, but not least was red meat. Mmmmm Beef. I really missed it by this time. [Mentally] The physical cravings for lots of foods disappeared during week one.
Overall, altough I'm not trying to lose weight, I dropped 5 lbs. This weight came back on within a few weeks, so I imagine it was likely just water loss.
It was hard, but worthwhile I think. Maybe I'll do it again some day. The moral of the story is that I'm capable of going two days without eating... ;)

Dizzyboy.com has gone on for years with only Sunshine Girls. Should Dizzyboy.com offer Sunshine Boys as well?
